With nearly 30 years of experience as a strength and conditioning coach, sports nutritionist and medal-winning athlete has helped Mark Roberts to cultivate a 360 approach to fitness. Mark’s philosophy that no single discipline works in isolation, encourages members to create long-term change through uniquely personalised programmes tailored to individual goals that deliver both quick and lasting results.
Beginning his sports career in Rugby Union, Mark then became a hurdler and Decathlete, a discipline he still competes in both nationally and internationally. Having become the speed, strength and conditioning coach for Harlequins RFU he launched his media career as the fitness expert for Sky Television.
Mark is the Founder and Director of Personal Space London, where he has spearheaded an expert team of clinical nutritionists, exercise and rehabilitation coaches for over 14 years.
