Through a range of Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy and Brief Solution-Focussed Therapy, Dr Cruikshank assesses and tracks cognition, expectation, emotion and motivation to support psychological health and performance.

A native of Belgium, Dr. Verdin completed his clinical and research training at Harvard Medical School. He has held senior appointments at several international medical schools, and is also a professor of medicine at University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Satchidananda (Satchin) Panda is a leading expert in the field of circadian rhythm research. He is a Professor at the Salk Institute and a founding executive member of the Center for Circadian Biology at the University of California, San Diego.
