The HOOKE Investigation is a fixed, core package. Its components are not modifiable because they are the essential building blocks for a reliable BioPortrait and BioScore.

Every test is conducted or supervised by an expert in that field, and your results are analysed collectively by the team. This ensures that your recommendations are not only accurate but fully integrated across medical, nutritional, physiological and cognitive domains.
The HOOKE Investigation itself is a fixed, core package. Everyone completes the same gold-standard set of tests so we can build a reliable BioPortrait and BioScore.
Beyond this, the assessment can be made bespoke. Additional tests, imaging and specialist consultations can be added where clinically relevant, either as part of an Investigation+ or arranged individually.

Your BioScore is HOOKE’s proprietary model that distils the full findings of your Investigation into a single, easy-to-understand number. It reflects your current health status, risk factors and resilience against ageing.
The BioScore sits alongside your detailed BioPortrait. While the BioPortrait gives you the full context and narrative of your health, the BioScore provides a benchmark that can be tracked over time. It allows you and the HOOKE team to measure progress and see the impact of interventions in a way that is simple but meaningful.
The HOOKE Investigation starts at £6,900. Investigation+ options are available at £15,975. Final costs depend on the depth of analysis, imaging and specialist input.
All pricing will be confirmed with you in advance, and any variations that may result in a change to cost will always be made clear before proceeding.
No. You do not need to be a HOOKE member to book an Investigation, or to repeat Investigations in the future. Membership is optional and provides ongoing support, continuity of care and access to additional services, but the Investigation itself can be taken independently.
Yes. Every Investigation includes follow-up consultations, access to your secure health portal and the option to continue as a HOOKE member. Membership provides dynamic plan updates, coaching support and 7-day-a-week concierge access to medical and wellness specialists.
Most of the Investigation takes place at our private clinic in Mayfair, London. This is where consultations, blood tests, fitness and cognitive assessments are carried out.
Some imaging, such as MRI or other advanced scans, takes place at trusted partner hospitals nearby. We arrange all logistics so your schedule is seamless and you always have guided access to the right facilities.
