Your first appointment lasts approximately 30 minutes at our Mayfair clinic. You will meet a HOOKE nurse for a physical assessment and tailored blood draw.
Testing is conducted on site for discretion, comfort, and precision.

Your results are ready within three days of your initial appointment. You will return to HOOKE for a physician examination and a detailed review with your physician, who will interpret your results in context, identify system imbalances, and outline next steps. You will receive a written summary and a plan to guide your next phase of care.

Cancellations, rescheduling and late arrivals
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes made within 48 hours of your appointment are charged at the full consultation fee. Outside the 48-hour window, fees are fully refundable. Once inside it, the fee is non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
If you are running late, please let us know. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may not be accommodated, as it affects the clinic schedule, and we reserve the right to cancel. Where it is clinically and practically possible, we will shorten your appointment rather than cancel it.
Your 14-day cancellation right
When you book online or by phone, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of confirming your booking and to receive a full refund. Where your appointment is scheduled to take place within those 14 days, this right ends once the appointment has gone ahead.
